Shipping & Handling
Orders will be processed according to purchase date with an anticipated ship date approximately 7 to 10 days from the date of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until it is determined that the item(s) you ordered is available and ready to be shipped. Orders may also be placed by calling 1-800-424-4240.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Steuben Glass no longer accepts returns or exchanges at any of its locations.
